At the heart of the WestCare Centre is a deep desire to offer people a place of hope and a sanctuary from the cold, harsh reality of life on the streets. Situated in Millers Court, Adelaide (off Wright Street), more than a thousand people walk through its doors every month for services ranging from homelessness, housing assistance and legal counsel to health support, free meals as well as drug and alcohol counselling.
The WestCare Centre has a lounge area where people can have a cuppa and watch TV, plus there are shower, toilet and laundry facilities. A nutritious three course lunch is provided at minimal cost six days a week. A free alternative is also availableShare This
