Urban Education Opportunities

Having an inner-city presence since 1913 has enabled Baptist Care SA to develop a wealth of experience and knowledge that can inspire and motivate young people to get involved with their community.

Baptist Care SA’s Inner City site continues to be a community centre for those experiencing homelessness, as well as a dynamic Indigenous cultural hub.

What is Urban Education?

Based at our Inner City site, our Urban Education Opportunities are designed to promote empathy and a holistic approach to social issues. Our sessions are interactive, informative, fun and can be tailored to your specific needs.

We offer experiential learning opportunities, half-day awareness workshops, rough sleep outs, retreats and online education for schools, churches and youth groups.

All Baptist Care SA staff have a DCSI Police Clearance and Child Safe Certification.
