With funding from Adelaide Bank, construction of Include brief updates and photos of events:
Theour fantastic new new equipment shed began in late August and is on-track to be completed by the end of September 2008. The shed will allow us to securely store our valuable outdoor equipment under cover, and will provide a warm and protected place for staff to carry out gear maintenance and packing for off-site activities.
Giant swing
Construction of a Giant Swing was approved by the Adelaide Hills Council in 2008. The swing represents the first step towards developing the top paddock at Mylor into a second activity area. The swing will be similar to the one constructed at El Shaddai campsite and will give riders a fantastic thrill as they swing out over the treetops which line the Onkaparinga River valley.
New office accommodation at Murley Lodge
Council approval has also been obtained to shift our office accommodation from the Cottage Building opposite the Dining Hall to Murley Lodge located approximately 150 m west of the existing Campsite entrance on Wingrove Road. Renovations are underway and the move should be completed before Christmas 2008.
