We are seeking committed and skilled Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our team at our ageing in care facility at Morphett Vale.  You should have experience working with older people and their families to ensure a good quality of life experience.

Enrolled Nurses will have professional clinical skills and be able to communicate with residents, family, staff and health professionals.  You will encourage residents and involve them and their families in decisions relating to their care.

Registered Nurses will be required to supervise staff and apply clinical knowledge and skills to achieve quality resident outcomes.

Baptist Care (SA) provides home based foster care services across the metropolitan region. Due to the sudden expansion of required Foster Care placements within various programs in Youth Care we initially need to secure a full-time Foster Care assessor and support worker with the anticipation that this role may become on-going.

It is essential that you have the following experience:

• Sound knowledge of the Alternative Care system in South Australia
• Comprehensive knowledge of DFC policies and guidelines and foster care legislation

You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Social Science or Behavioural Sciences and a Certificate IV in TAA would be an advantage.  You must have a current driver’s license and may be required to use you own vehicle for which travel costs will be reimbursed at the appropriate rate.  You should be able to work evenings and weekends.

You will have current training in Child Safe Environments and Foster Carer assessment processes and hold a National Criminal History check that has been issued less that one year prior to the commencement of your role.
